Established 2026. Enclosed automotive transport.
Carriers and brokers apply. Authority, insurance, equipment and drivers are confirmed with the institutions that issued them, and confirmed again on a cycle for as long as the membership lasts.
Insurance confirmed with the insurer. Every carrier signs a standing authorization allowing Echelon Transport Network to confirm their cargo policy directly with the insurer that issued it, and to be told when it changes. The federal government stopped requiring carriers to file cargo coverage in 2011. This is the only mechanism in the industry that replaces it.
Coverage as a limit on access. A carrier's confirmed policy determines which loads reach their account. A load worth more than a carrier's coverage is not sent to them.
Vehicles are not named. No load on this network identifies a vehicle by make, model or VIN. Identity is released to the assigned driver, at the vehicle, after verification clears.
The Echelon Standard
Five articles govern membership. They state what is required, what is checked, and what ends an account. They are published in advance and they apply to every member at every tier.
Travis played four seasons of basketball at Penn State and spent seven years with NFL organizations. Relocating between teams gave him repeated first-hand experience of high-value transport: vehicles and property handed to companies he had not chosen, moved by carriers he had not met, with no way to establish who held them or what coverage stood behind them.
He founded Echelon Transport Network to make those facts verifiable before a vehicle moves.
One standard. The largest member and the newest are held to identical requirements. No account receives an exception.
Affiliated entities hold no advantage. Any carrier or broker affiliated with Echelon Transport Network's ownership applies through the same process, is verified by the same desk on the same cycle, and receives no preference in visibility, assignment or enforcement. There is no exception path.
Claims are bounded. Echelon Transport Network confirms what was checked and when it was checked. It does not guarantee outcomes.
Echelon Transport Network is a technology and verification platform. It confirms facts with the institutions that issued them, determines eligibility from those facts, and maintains the record.
It is not a motor carrier. It is not a property broker. It is not an insurer. It is not a party to any transportation contract, and it does not handle freight funds.
