A technology provider, not a party to the move.

Echelon Transport Network is a technology and verification platform. It confirms facts with the institutions that issued them, determines eligibility from those facts, and maintains the record of what was confirmed.

It is not a motor carrier, not a property broker, and not an insurer. It operates a membership network, a load board and a verification service, and nothing else.

The contract is between the broker and the carrier. Every transportation agreement is formed directly between the posting broker and the assigned carrier. Echelon Transport Network is not a party to that contract, does not set its terms, and takes no commission on it.

Freight funds do not pass through this platform. The client pays the broker. The broker pays the carrier, directly and off-platform. Echelon Transport Network never holds, transmits or processes freight funds, and never takes custody of a vehicle.

Verified means a stated fact was confirmed with the institution that issued it and recorded with a source and a date. It describes what was confirmed and when, and nothing about future conduct.

It is not a guarantee. Verification is not a guarantee of carrier or broker performance, of delivery, of condition, or against loss or theft. It does not guarantee that coverage will remain in force, and it does not guarantee that a claim will be paid.

Members remain responsible for their own contracts, insurance claims and commercial judgment.

Membership is by application. An account opens after verification clears, and it closes when verification fails. Submission is not approval.

A tier follows confirmed coverage. Tier assignment follows cargo coverage confirmed with the insurer that issued the policy, and adjusts when that coverage changes. A tier is not selected and it is not purchased.

One classification system. Violations are classified in advance as minor, major or disqualifying, and the classification does not vary by account. A minor violation is a logged warning. A major violation is a strike, and the account is reviewed before another load is accepted. Disqualifying conduct — fraud, falsified documentation, false attestation of coverage, failure to report a coverage change, evidence of theft or tampering — is permanent removal, with no strikes and no appeal.

No account receives an exception. The largest member and the newest are held to identical requirements.

The platform's obligations are to confirm facts with the institutions that issued them, to confirm them again on a cycle, to gate visibility by confirmed tier, and to record consequential actions in an audit log.

Members should not rely on the platform for anything beyond that stated scope.
