What Echelon Transport Network is.

Not a motor carrier. It holds no operating authority used to move member freight, owns no equipment used in member movements, and never takes custody of a vehicle.

Not a property broker. It does not arrange transportation, does not negotiate for transportation, and does not select carriers on behalf of any client. Brokers on this network select their own carriers.

Not an insurer. It confirms that a carrier's cargo policy meets the requirement for a movement. It does not underwrite, does not insure any vehicle, and does not guarantee that a claim will be paid.

Not a party to the transportation contract. The contract is between the client and their broker, and between the broker and the carrier.

Not a handler of freight funds. The client pays the broker. The broker pays the carrier. Neither flow passes through this platform.

Any carrier or broker affiliated with Echelon Transport Network's ownership applies through the same process, is verified by the same desk on the same cycle, and receives no preference in visibility, assignment or enforcement.

There is no exception path.

Verified means a stated fact was confirmed with the institution that issued it and recorded with a source and a date.

Confirmed coverage means a carrier's cargo policy was confirmed with the insurer, in writing, under written authorization from the member, as of the date shown.

Qualified means a member meets the standing requirements for a role in a vertical.

Eligible means a member's current file satisfies the requirements of a specific movement.

None of these terms describe future conduct. They describe what was confirmed and when. Verification does not guarantee performance, does not guarantee that coverage will remain in force, and does not guarantee that a claim will be paid.

Echelon Transport Network does not arrange transportation. A client request results in an introduction to brokers who are members of the network.

The client selects the broker. The engagement is between the client and the broker. Echelon Transport Network receives no compensation tied to any movement.

Driver credentials are read by a third-party verification provider. Echelon Transport Network receives the result, the method and the date.

Confirmed coverage limits are not published. They are held encrypted and used to determine a member's tier. Other members see a tier band and a confirmation date. This restriction is written into the authorization each member signs.

Location is scoped to a movement. Tracking begins at assignment and ends when a movement is marked delivered. The full trail is retained through the dispute window, then reduced to custody events.

Expelled members are recorded. Company legal name, DOT and MC numbers, principal names, reason code and date are retained after removal, so an expelled operator cannot re-enter under a new registration.

Every consequential action is logged. Document views, tier changes, assignments, detail releases and administrative decisions. Members may view their own record.

Membership may be suspended or terminated under the Echelon Standard. Violations are classified as minor, major or disqualifying, and the classifications are published in advance.

Disqualifying conduct results in permanent removal without appeal. This includes fraud, falsified documentation, false attestation of coverage, failure to report a coverage change, and evidence of theft or tampering.
