What you will need
Active DOT and MC numbers — we pull FMCSA directly and flag discrepancies against what you submit
Insurance certificate — treated as a claim, not proof, and confirmed with your issuing insurer at the source
Equipment list — every truck and trailer by VIN, reconciled against the policy schedule
Driver roster — every driver by license, identity confirmed against state records before first use
For brokers
For dealers, auction houses, private-sale specialists, and collection managers who need a carrier pool that is already vetted — before the call, not after. Post to a closed board where a load is only visible to carriers whose confirmed coverage can carry it.
