For Drivers

The record is yours, and it goes with you.

Prove who you are once, from your phone. Every load you run on this network goes on a record that belongs to you — not to the company you drive for.

How you get on

Your carrier sends the invitation.

You cannot sign up on your own. A carrier who is already a member invites you, and your name, phone and email are already filled in when you open it.

What you do once: confirm your identity from your phone, enter your CDL, pick your truck and trailer from the equipment your carrier already registered, and photograph the VIN plate on each so we know you are standing in front of them.

That is enrollment. It takes a few minutes and you do not do it again.

You do not type VIN numbers by hand. You select the unit and photograph the plate. One wrong digit and the truck no longer matches the policy.

The record

It belongs to you.

Loads completed on this network. On-time delivery. Damage claims. Verification history. Years of enclosed experience.

If you change companies, it goes with you. Your identity file and your record follow you to the next carrier, who onboards you in minutes instead of days.

Your carrier and the broker can see it. So can you, in full, including anything on it and the standard it was measured against.

This does not exist anywhere else in this industry. A driver with fifteen clean years has nothing to show for it but a résumé.

A load, start to finish

What you actually do.

01You get assigned

The load appears in the Echelon Transport Network app with the pickup address and the contact name. You will not have the year, make or model yet.

02You arrive and tap I'm here

The person meeting you gets a text with a link.

03They check your truck

They walk around and photograph the door decal, the truck VIN and plate, the trailer VIN and plate, and your license. Two minutes.

04It matches, and the inspection opens

Now you see the vehicle — year, make, model, VIN — so you can confirm the car in front of you is the right one.

05You do the inspection in the app

Eight media files, the same standard every time. Note existing damage before it moves.

06You drive

Location runs during the load and stops when you mark it delivered. Your carrier sees where you are. Nobody else sees a precise location.

07At delivery you check them

You scan the receiving person's license and hand them your phone for a photo. If it matches the name on the load, the delivery inspection opens.

08You finish the inspection

And you are done.

What protects you

The photographs work both ways.

Damage claims. The same eight-media standard at pickup and delivery, timestamped, originals unaltered. When someone says a car left in better shape than it arrived, that is not an argument anymore.

Wrong person at delivery. You do not have to judge whether someone is who they say. Scan, hand over the phone, and if it does not match, the inspection does not open. It is not your call and it is not your problem.

Something is wrong at pickup. If the car does not match, if the paperwork is off, if something feels wrong — stop and call dispatch. Standing down is never held against you.

The identity check is on you, not on your employer. You confirm yourself from your own phone.

What we hold

Almost nothing.

Your license is read by the verification provider. We get back that it matched, how, and when.

Location only during a load. It starts when you are assigned and stops when you mark it delivered. Not on your days off, not between loads.

You keep the switch. You can turn location off on your phone. Your carrier will see that it is off.

Your record shows what happened, not where you were. Once the dispute window closes, the location trail is deleted and only the custody events remain.

If you own the truck

Then you are a carrier, and you apply as one.

If you hold your own authority and your own cargo policy, you are not a driver on this network — you are a one-truck carrier, and a one-truck carrier is a full member.

Nothing here is built for fleets. One tractor, one enclosed trailer and a real policy is a Tier 1 membership.
