Four parties, one record. Echelon Transport Network qualifies the people, governs what each of them can see, and documents every handoff.
Most of what goes wrong in transport happens in the gaps between these four. The network is built around the gaps, not around the parties.
The client — an owner, family office, dealer, collection, auction or advisor. Not a member. Works through a broker, and receives the record.
The broker — licensed, qualified, and holding contingent cargo coverage. Configures the movement, selects from eligible carriers, and keeps the client relationship throughout.
The carrier — the operating authority and the policy. Verified at the source, assigned a tier from confirmed coverage, re-confirmed on a cycle.
The driver — the named individual who arrives. Enrolled through their carrier, identity confirmed once, holding a record that belongs to them.
Echelon Transport Network is none of these. It qualifies them, governs what each can see, and keeps the record.
Everything on this network is one of those three things.
Authority, coverage, coverage history, equipment and identity are confirmed with the party that issued them, before an account opens. A tier comes from what the insurer confirmed — not from what the applicant claimed. Membership is reviewed by a person, and nothing self-activates.
Confirmed coverage decides what a carrier can see. Assignment decides what releases next. Each release is logged, and the sequence never runs backwards. A member who leaves mid-movement leaves with only what they had already earned.
Identity and equipment are matched at pickup. Condition is captured at both ends against the same standard. Position is recorded through transit. The record exists before anyone needs it, which is the only time a record is worth anything.
Only carriers and brokers operate on the platform. The client has no login.

Carriers and brokers see each other. Neither sees their own kind. A carrier on the board sees the load and the broker offering it — not other carriers, not how many have requested, not competing rates.
The broker enters the movement in full: route, window, deck, handling, declared value, keyholders at both ends. Sealed on entry.
The board returns it only to accounts whose confirmed coverage carries the whole deck. Not greyed out on other accounts. Never sent.
A carrier requests. Accepting requires affirming that confirmed coverage remains in force. The affirmation is timestamped into the record.
The broker selects. Pickup address and keyholder release to that carrier alone. The carrier assigns a registered driver on registered equipment.
The driver confirms arrival. The keyholder receives a one-time link to the number the broker set, walks the equipment, and captures. Matched against the file, the inspection opens and the car names itself to the driver, at the car.
Position runs to the movement, not to the fleet. The carrier and the assigned broker see precise position.
The recipient's identity is matched to the consignee the broker named. Condition is captured to the same eight-media standard as at pickup. Custody closes.
Every check, every release, every custody event, dated. The record is what the client receives.
Echelon Transport Network is a technology and verification platform. It confirms facts with the parties that issued them, decides eligibility from those facts, and keeps the record.
Echelon Transport Network is not a motor carrier. It owns no authority used to move member freight and takes custody of no vehicle.
Echelon Transport Network is not a property broker. It does not arrange transportation, does not select carriers for clients, and is not a party to any transportation contract.
Echelon Transport Network is not an insurer. It confirms that the carrier moving the car is insured to cover it. It does not insure the car, and it does not guarantee a claim will be paid.
Echelon Transport Network never touches freight funds. The client pays the broker. The broker pays the carrier. That flow happens entirely outside this platform.
Affiliated entities hold membership on the same terms. Any carrier or broker affiliated with Echelon's ownership applies through the same process, is verified by the same desk on the same cadence, and receives no preference in visibility, assignment or enforcement. There is no exception path.
Revenue is subscription only. Nothing on this platform is priced against a movement.
A driver's credential is read by the verification provider. Echelon Transport Network receives the result, the method and the date.
We never publish a confirmed limit. It is held encrypted and used to set a tier. Other members see a band and a date, and that restriction is written into the authorization the member signs.
Position is scoped to the movement. Tracking runs from assignment to delivery and stops. The full trail is retained through the dispute window, then collapsed to custody events.
Every consequential action is logged — document views, tier changes, assignments, detail releases, admin decisions. Members see their own record and the standard it was measured against.
Security posture, stated honestly. Mandatory two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege administration, and enforcement at the database rather than the interface. The objective is to be a materially harder target than the alternative and to detect a breach quickly. We will not claim to be unbreachable.
Organizations apply. Individuals are enrolled by the organization they work for. Every approval carries a tier and a date, and both move when the underlying facts move.
