Two-factor authentication is mandatory, with no opt-out. Authenticator-app codes, not SMS — SIM-swap attacks are a documented method in exactly the fraud class this network exists to prevent.
Every new device sign-in notifies the account owner by email, as does any password change or MFA reset.
Sessions are short and idle-limited. Sensitive actions — changing insurance, adding a driver or truck, accepting a Tier 3 load — require re-authentication even mid-session.
