At pickup, the person releasing the vehicle verifies the driver and the equipment. At delivery, the driver verifies the person receiving it.
Neither inspection opens until the check clears.
The person releasing the vehicle holds the check. They are not a member and install nothing.
The driver confirms arrival in the Echelon Transport Network app.
A text arrives with a one-time link, sent to the number the broker entered when the load was posted. The driver cannot see that number or change it.
The link opens the movement card — the driver's photo and name, the truck and trailer registered to this load, and the company they represent.
They photograph the equipment and the credential. The door decal, the truck VIN and plate, the trailer VIN and plate, and the driver's licence.
Everything is matched against the registered file. On a match, the pickup inspection opens. On a mismatch, the vehicle is not released and the verification desk is notified.
The vehicle is identified last. Year, make, model and VIN release to the driver once the inspection opens — at the vehicle, not before.

The check reverses. The driver holds it.
The driver confirms arrival. The recipient is notified.
The driver scans the recipient's licence and hands over the phone for a photograph.
It is matched against the recipient the broker named when the load was posted.
On a match, the delivery inspection opens. On a mismatch, the vehicle is not released and the verification desk is notified.
Condition is captured to the same eight-media standard as pickup, so the comparison is like for like.

At pickup — that the truck, the trailer and the driver are the ones registered to this load, confirmed by someone standing in front of them.
At delivery — that the person receiving the vehicle is the person the broker named.
At both ends — a dated record of who was present, what was confirmed, and the condition of the vehicle.
The verification desk and the broker are notified, and the reason is disclosed to them.
The person at the curb is not asked to judge anything or negotiate. The inspection does not open, and that is the whole of their involvement.
The identity check runs through a verification provider. The licence is read by the provider. Echelon Transport Network receives the result, the method and the date.
No location is requested from the person at pickup or delivery. They are not members and are asked for nothing beyond the photographs.
Numbers are never typed. Plates and VINs are photographed and read. Where a capture fails repeatedly, the images route to the verification desk and a person reads them there.
