Equipment & drivers

Every unit and every driver is verified before first use — equipment is reconciled against the policy schedule, and the driver at pickup must match the roster on file.

Drivers

Roster changes stay verified. After approval, any added truck, trailer, or driver is re-verified before it can be used on a load. A driver added immediately before a high-value pickup raises an anomaly flag.

Membership agreement

I consent to source verification with my insurer — Echelon confirms the policy above directly with the issuing insurer and requests certificate-holder status, so the insurer notifies Echelon of lapse, cancellation, or material change. I consent to continuous monitoring — the full file re-verified every 60 days, authority re-pulled monthly, spot checks unannounced — and coverage or authority falling below my assigned tier triggers automatic downgrade or suspension before another load can be accepted. I acknowledge blocklist retention — DOT, MC, legal name, and principal names from this application are retained for enforcement screening, and remain on the internal blocklist if membership ever ends in expulsion.
